Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum is divided into two skill sets, covering stress resilience tools and post-incident support tools. Each skill set includes two courses:
Level 1 – individual skills for all responders
Level 2 – advanced skills and organizational structure, recommended for resilience teams, peer/lateral support, and organization leadership
We recommend all responders receive Level 1 training as a universal precaution against burnout and traumatic stress injury.

For anyone who may respond to incidents as part of their occupation, with a focus on first responders, resilience teams, caregivers and dispatch.
Psychological First Response
for Rescue
For anyone who may be exposed to occupational stress injury, with focus on emergency responders.
