Emerging Best Practices for

Operational Stress

Unified Support Framework for Operational Stress in High Consequence Environments

The one-day seminar will cover a didactic overview of stress injury formation in approachable language, an efficient approach to early detection of stress injury, personal stress mitigation and structural support for integration of the framework for organizations.

Participants will learn:

  • The Incident Support Framework

  • Use of the Incident Support Tool to detect stress exposure

  • The 3-3-3 Traumatic Exposure Protocol for early intervention and early detection of operational stress

  • The deployment Energy Management Approach for support of high consequence, high tempo operations.

  • Participants will practice utilization of the tools in specific scenarios, including aviation and terrestrial rescue.
