About our Curriculum
To best support stress injury risk management, our curriculum includes training in post-incident support and stress resilience. We offer two levels of training in each skillset:
Level 1 – individual skills for all responders
Level 2 – organizational structure, for resilience teams, peer/lateral support, and organization leadership
We recommend all responders receive Level 1 training as a universal precaution against burnout and traumatic stress injury.
