Curriculum Overview
Practical skills and Operational tools to mitigate stress injury

Our curriculum is divided into two skill sets, covering stress resilience tools and post-incident support tools. Each skill set includes two courses:

We recommend all responders receive Level 1 training as a universal precaution against burnout and traumatic stress injury.
