After Incident Support Notepad (100 pages)

$20.00

These two-sided notepads help structure next steps for anyone receiving Psychological First Aid. One notepad can be used to support 100 people.

This tool is used by responders to support basic continuity of care at the end of their interactions with a patient. They guide us through planning:

  • Reminders of safety during the first 24 hours after an incident or loss

  • Connection to someone the patient wants to be with

  • Education and normalization on common stress responses after unexpected, significant events

  • Structure for contingency planning and what to tell others

All responders should receive proper training before going into the field. These notepads are for those trained on Psychological First Response, which is recommended as a universal precaution for all responders. To learn more, see our course on Psychological First Response.
